15 Minute Sheet Tray Fajitas

Thinly slice 2-3 chicken breasts, 3 bell peppers (any color combination like orange, green, and red), and 1 red onion. Season the sliced chicken and vegetables generously with sazon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add oil and mix all ingredients well until evenly coated. Spread the mixture onto a sheet tray and bake at 400°F for 15 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve immediately in a low-calorie tortilla or on a bed of rice, topped with sour cream, cheese, and guacamole.
