50g Protein Cookies & Cream Ice Cream

For the chocolate base, add 2 cups (16oz) Fairlife skim milk (or another brand), 1 tablespoon (15ml) heavy whipping cream, 1 scoop chocolate whey/casein blend protein powder, 7g sugar free vanilla or chocolate pudding mix, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Shake the mixture well. Add it to your Ninja Creami pint and freeze overnight. If you don’t have a Creami, add this recipe to your ice cream maker and follow its box instructions. When you’re ready to eat, run warm water around the frozen pint for 15-30 seconds, then spin on the ice cream setting. If it comes out powdery, add 1-2 tablespoons more milk. Add 4 Oreo thins and spin on the mix-ins feature.
