Instructions

First, cook the 93/7 beef if not already prepared. Layer the large extreme wellness tortilla with fat reduced Mexican cheese, beef, salsa, and avocado. Add tortilla chips or a tostado on top. Spread Greek yogurt (in place of sour cream) over the chips/tostado. Place the mini xtreme wellness tortilla on top of the yogurt. Fold the large tortilla into a hexagon shape, encasing all the fillings. Toast the crunchwrap in a pan with spray oil until golden brown and heated through.
