A delicious and macro-friendly Hot Honey BBQ Crunch Bowl featuring crispy chicken, crispy rice, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful sauce. Perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.
1. Cook chicken tenders in air fryer at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until very crispy. Chop into bite-sized pieces and season with smoked paprika and chili powder.
2. Heat pan to medium-high. Add oil and rice, press into pan, and cook 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy. Break up and crisp additional spots if needed, then set aside.
3. Mix BBQ sauce, honey, hot sauce, and Greek yogurt. Toss chicken lightly in sauce until coated, not drenched. Optional: return to air fryer for 1–2 minutes to caramelize.
4. Assemble bowl: add crispy rice, then greens, chicken, bacon, edamame, cucumber, and avocado.
5. Finish with a light drizzle of extra sauce if desired.
