Matcha Strawberry Clusters

1. In a bowl, combine strawberries, vanilla Greek yogurt, and protein powder. Mix thoroughly.
2. Separate the mixture into small clusters on a lined baking sheet or tray.
3. Freeze the clusters for 3 hours.
4. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate. Once melted, add the matcha powder and mix until smooth.
5. Drizzle the matcha white chocolate mixture over the frozen strawberry clusters. For a healthier version, simply drizzle instead of fully dunking.
