Strawberry Cheesecake Jars

For each jar: Into a food processor or blender add 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or vanilla), 1/2 cup strawberries, 5g cheesecake jello mix, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp 1/3 fat reduced cream cheese, and 1/2 scoop vanilla protein. Blend until smooth, adjusting honey for desired sweetness. Layer more strawberries into the jar with the blended yogurt mixture for aesthetics. Melt some chocolate chips with coconut oil and top the jar with the melted chocolate. Add flakey salt and refrigerate until ready to serve.
